Summary

The smartphones are now part of our daily life. We offer new possibilities as they integrate communication, geo, cameras, speedometers, etc.

The talk will show how we have used these phones-and-functionality to implement scavenger hunts, games that involve overcoming successive tests.

This is an m-learning activity, implemented for Android, where participants gain skills and abilities while having fun.

Professor Gregory is acting in the area of telematics engineering. His interest focuses on the development and promotion of free software, as well as to improve teaching methods, including using technology and not forgetting that learning has to be both a fun process.
