A prototype developed by the group e-UCM , Universidad Complutense de Madrid has been published in the sixth chapter of the documentary The World Moves With You , released on April 12, 2010 at 15:00 through the second channel of Radio Spanish Television. The documentary is available to the public both through the archive page of Spanish Radio and Television ( here ) and through the official channel on Youtube <e-UCM> group .
The developed prototype consists of an educational video game produced with the tool e-Adventure which was adapted for use by people with reduced mobility vision. This will get promote universal access to video games not only as leisure products but also as tools with educational potential, favoring the elimination of technological barriers that new content can be introduced into the classroom.
The TV show was made by Juan Jose Montiel, a consultant with the company's visual impairment Technosite . Technosite is a group company Fundosa (ONCE group member) that collaborates with the group as an adviser <e-UCM> accessibility issues in national projects of R & D + i INREDIS and GAME · Tel .
<e-Adventure> is a project of <e-UCM> group whose goal is to provide an authoring tool that facilitates the creation of video games and interactive simulations and its introduction into the educational stream, so that teachers themselves can take advantage of the possibilities that this type of content presented in terms of student motivation and improvement of educational quality.
World Moves With You is a 13-part documentary produced entirely in Spanish television that addresses the daily problems faced by people with disabilities and which is issued every Monday in the space "For All The 2" on second string.
