Summary

Will present the main lines of action of the Office OCW UPM then describe the experience in the use of CMS in eduCommons OCW website UPM in the process of describing the process of publishing subjects.

This will cover areas of versions and corresponding changes in migration processes, configuration for the preparation and publication of courses, or most common mistakes. In addition, factors will be assessed with regard to a possible projection of the content published on other platforms.

Biography of authors

Edmundo Tovar, BA and PhD in Computer Science and professor in the School of Informatics at the UPM, Software Engineering and coordinator of the subject of Enterprise Computing Function. It is professional software developer certified by the IEEE Computer Society. Group Leader for Innovation in Education and CEO of UPM's office open content. He is a member of the Administrative Committee of the IEEE Education Society.

Jesus Jara, Computer Engineer, specializing in computer systems from the University Complutense of Madrid. Develop your technical work in the Service of Educational Innovation, Vice President for Academic and Strategic Planning of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with responsibility for the technical area of the Office OCW.
