Carlos Delgado Kloos (UC3M, http://www.it.uc3m.es ) is the coordinator of the group spent in the UC3M. He is Professor of Telematics Engineering, director of two Masters in UC3M, one on e-elearning that is taught using e-learning technologies, director of Nokia's UC3M Chair and Vice Deputy for International Relations.
It is also the coordinator of the network eMadrid. His main research interests focus on educational technology, including topics such as learning platforms, standards, assessment, 3D virtual worlds, web 2.0 and 3.0, m-learning, etc.
